We are delighted to announce the appointment of Caroline Brooks to the position of Managing Partner.
Caroline, who joined Abel + Imray in 2001, has been a Partner since 2009 and has served on the firm’s Executive Board since 2022. As well as being co-head of our Trade Marks team, she also oversees the firm’s Formalities Team and jointly oversees our Delft Office.
She will split her time between management of the firm and continuing to advise on trade mark matters, domain names, design rights, copyright, and issues related to passing off.
