Abel + Imray, a European IP firm
The founding partners of Abel + Imray were, respectively, of Swiss German descent (Abel) and Scottish (Imray). Since the very beginning the firm has always been internationalist in its outlook. We are therefore delighted to announce that our fully operational Spanish office will allow us to continue to provide the full range of IP services in Europe, and in particular before the EUIPO.
The office is headed by Simon Bentley who has family connections to Ribadeo on the northern coast of Spain. Working alongside Simon will be Alberto Alvarez Flores, a qualified Spanish lawyer with significant experience in acting before the EUIPO.
From our offices in the UK and the EU, we are a “one-stop shop” European IP firm with Attorneys duly qualified to act before the EPO, the EUIPO and the UKIPO and we look forward to continuing to assist you with all of your IP matters in Europe.
