As a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney, Rebecca is able to represent clients in matters before the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO).

Rebecca joined Abel + Imray in 2015 and is based in the London Office. Rebecca trained as a trade mark attorney whilst working in-house at a multinational recruitment company, operating in 40 countries worldwide, where she gained valuable commercial experience and was responsible for managing the company’s large international trade mark portfolio.
Since working for Abel + Imray, Rebecca has worked with clients of all sizes from a broad range of sectors, with particular experience of working with large companies in the pharmaceutical and publishing sectors.
Rebecca is also an expert in advising start-ups and SMEs in the financial services, technology, clothing, cosmetics and the travel and hospitality sectors.
Her work covers all aspects of trade mark practice including availability searches, expertly advising on filing strategies, filing and prosecuting applications, handling oppositions and advising on infringement issues and portfolio management, Rebecca always ensures that she obtains the best possible commercial outcomes for her clients.
